Shallow Water
A great workout in the pool including warm up, high-low impact aerobics, power moves, some deep water choreography, toning major muscle groups, stretching & cool down. Excellent for any age because of water's natural buoyancy & gentle resistance. No swimming skills required.

Aqua Splash
A fun, shallow-water exercise class that uses a signature splash-board to increase movement and intensity options. Splash is suitable for all skill levels and is safe for non-swimmers. The pool provides many benefits when used for aerobic exercise and resistance training.

Deep Water Exercise
An intense workout without the stress on joints. Great for knee, hip or back problems. Must be comfortable in deep water. Participants wear flotation belts.
