Tai Chi
18 years and older
Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese tradition that, today, is practiced as a graceful form of exercise. It involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing. We will practice gentle movements for Yang style Tai Chi and learn Yang Short Form.
Tai Chi has been proven to lower blood pressure, increase flexibility, improve balance and help deal with everyday stress. This class is beneficial for adults of all ages and fitness levels. Please wear loose fitness clothing to class.

Mat Pilates
18 years and older
Mat Pilates helps build a strong, balanced body and increases flexibility. As you progress in your practice, you will notice improvements in breathing, focus and body awareness while also improving strength, posture, agility and tones muscles.

Tai Chi Qigong - 18 Step Level 2
18 years and older
Qigong is a Chinese exercise and healing technique that involves controlled breathing and gentle movements. Although Tai Chi and Qigong complement each other, they are separate disciplines. Qigong concentrates specifically on the movement of Qi, or life energy, through the body. The 18 Step Qigong form, also known as shibashi, was created around 1980 by a qigong master to provide a simple set of exercises to promote health and healing. The movements, done in a standing position, are easy to learn and simple for most people to do. Please wear comfortable clothing and flat shoes to class.

Pickleball Lessons
Join the craze and find out what pickleball is all about! Learn the rules, regulations and how to play from an experienced instructor inside the BTCC Gym. Includes 90 minutes of instruction followe by 30 minutes of structured game play. Equipment is encouraged, but not necessary. Sign up by yourself or learn with a friend. Pickleball is a great activity to stay active, socialize and fulfill the need to healthy competition.

American Red Cross CPR/First Aid/AED Courses
The Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED course equips students to recognize and care for a variety of first aid and breathing and cardiac emergencies involving adults, children and infants. Upon successful completion a valid 2 year digital certificate for Adult & Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED will be issued.

Canvas Painting Workshop
Unwind and let your creativity blossom in this relaxed, adults-only painting class. Guided step-by-step, you'll creaft a beautiful tulip scene on a 12"x16" canvas. No experience needed, just a love for color and moment to yourself. Please wear old clothes. Instructino and all supplies are included.
