Teen Weight Training
12-17 years old
Build strength, confidence, and healthy habits in our Teen Weight Training program! Guided by a certified personal trainer, participants will learn proper lifting techniques, weight room etiquette, and safe training practices. Each session combines cardiovascular conditioning with weight training for a well-rounded workout. This 3-week program meets twice a week and is designed to help teens establish a solid fitness foundation while gaining the skills to train safely and effectively.

Little Hoopers
7-13 years old
Whether you missed team basketball sign ups or your child needs
to develop skills & knowledge prior to team play, this 5 week
program is perfect for kids who aspire to hoop one day. This youth
basketball class will focus on the fundamentals of the game. Skill
nurturing training through drills and introduction to gameplay will
be the primary focus for our “little hoopers”.

Soccer Skills Academy
5-10 years old
Here's a great opportunity to get ready for next soccer season by being coached by real players. Skills will include dribbling, passing, spacing and shooting during this 4 day program. Instruction will include age appropriate games, demonstrations and drills to teach the basics of soccer while also enhancing known skills.

Every All Star has to start somewhere! This fun introduction class to a variety of sports will start your child off with the fundamentals needed to become an All Star one day. Children will play basketball, football, wiffleball and more.
Learn to Play Volleyball
7-12 years old
Calling all future volleyball stars! In this beginner-friendly class, kids will learn the fundamentals of volleyball through fun games, teamwork activities, and skill-building drills. Our coaches will introduce players to important skills like the forearm pass (bump), the overhead set, and the powerful spike—all while practicing good footwork, communication, and sportsmanship.
We’ll also cover serving techniques, basic rotations, and how to stay ready in the “ready position” so kids feel confident on the court. Each session is designed to build confidence, coordination, and a love for the game, whether your child is new to volleyball or looking to sharpen their skills.
By the end of the program, players will be bumping, setting, and spiking with energy and excitement—ready to rally with their teammates!
Kids Pickleball
10-15 years old
Get your child in on the fastest-growing sport around! This 45-minute class introduces kids to the basics of pickleball through fun, age-appropriate instruction and engaging activities. Our instructor will teach the rules, simple techniques, and beginner gameplay in a supportive and encouraging environment.
No equipment needed—we’ll provide everything! Whether they come with a friend or meet new ones here, kids will stay active, build confidence, and discover how much fun pickleball can be.
