Youth Programs

Tennis Classes
This program is designed to introduce the skills to be able to rally with a partner, play the game and eventually participate on a team. Exercises, fun activities and 1 on 1 guidance will be used throughout the practice to perform skills. Emphasis will be on stroke development, coordination, movement and balance. Players will need to bring a racquet. Classes will be held at the outdoor tennis courts. Instruction led by current and alumni Freedom High School Tennis Team members.

Class Options
Wednesdays - June 19th-July 24th (no class 7/3) or Thursdays, June 20th - July 25th (no class 7/4)
4-6 years old - 5:30pm-6:20pm
7-10 years old - 6:30pm-7:20pm
11-14 years old - 7:30pm-8:20pm

Cost: $60 per participant

All Star Sports
Take your game to the next level by putting in the practice after school! This program is designed to reintroduce fundamentals, drill and play a variety of sports. Children will play basketball, football, soccer, pickleball and more.

6-10 years old
Wednesdays - 5:30pm-6:15pm
Session I: April 17th - May 15th
Session II: June 19th - July 17th

Teen Weight Training
Each class will cover a major componenet of physical fitness including cardio endurance, muscular strength & endurance and flexibility. This class is a pre-requisite if you want to workout in the BTCC weightroom prior to the age of 15. Please note, this class meets twice per week.

12-17 years old
Tuesdays & Fridays - 5:30pm-6:30pm
Session I: June 25th - July 12th
Session II: July 16th - August 2nd

Zumba® Kids
How it Works!
Zumba® kids classes feature kid-friendly routines based on original Zumba® choreography. We break down the steps, add games, activities and cultural elements ino the class structure.

Specialty Summer Camps 2024

Colorful Animal Art Camp
Monday, June 24th - Wednesday, June 26th

Does your child love animals? All the creatures at animal art camp are friendly and will leave a lasting impression. Between salamanders, owls, octopi and more, participants will take their creativity to a whole new level covering land, air and sea! Doodling, painting, coloring and drawing will keep our little artists busy in this camp. Please bring a water bottle and artist enthusiasm!!

Youth Soccer Clinic
Monday, June 10th - Thursday, June 13th (make up class 6/14 if needed)

Take advantage of this rare opportunity to drill, train and be coached by and play with current College Soccer players. Clinics to be held rain or shine. Please bring cleats, water and a 4# or 5# sized soccer ball.

Youth Baseketball Clinics
Monday, July 29th - Thursday, August 1st
2:00pm-4:00pm 8-14 years old
This week long basketball clinic is sure to elevate your kid's game this off season. Recent graduates and current players of Freedom, Easton & Notre Dame High Schools will teach, drill and play with clnic participants creating a great opportunity to learn from peers. Please bring water and wear sneakers.

Youth Tennis Camp
Monday, June 17th - Thursday, June 20th (raindate 6/21 if needed)
9:00am-12:00pm
6-12 years old
This camp is designed for the beginner to intermediate player. Camp will focus on skill development, technique and strategy. Participants will learn to rally, score and play drill based games.

Daily Schedule:
9:00am-11:00am - Training, drills, game based drills
11:00am-12:00pm - Match play and game based drills
Last day of camp - kids will swim at BTCC from 11am-12pm
Cost: $125 per person
