Bethlehem Township Community Center Autumn Club
This active group of seniors meets every Monday morning from 9:30 am – 11:30 am between Labor day and Memorial Day. Autumn Club members participate in craft projects, parties, social gatherings, bingo, speakers, entertainers, card playing and more. Come out and join the fun! Open to township residents.





Senior Drop-In
Want to get out of the house and meet new seniors? Join us every Wednesday from 1pm-3pm for bingo and card games. Open to township residents and members of BTCC.

SilverSneakers® Classic
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.





SilverSneakers® Yoga
Yoga will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.





Zumba® Gold
This program is designed for the active older adult and is done at a much lower intensity. The same great Latin sytles of music and dance are used and just as fun ast he regtular Zumba® classes. Zumba® Gold classes strive to improve your balance, strength, flexibility and most importantly the heart.
